Leadership Training Institute (LTI) is an annually held event for all leaders throughout METNY, whether you're on a regional general board (RGB), divisional executive board (DEB), or chapter board. Teens will get to meet each other, learn about the different ways that teens in the region have helped to lead different parts of the community, and participate in fun and meaningful activities that will help grow and further develop their leadership skills, both in USY and beyond!
